Transcriptomics analysis of M. bejeranoi throughout infection. Naive hybrid tilapia fish wereexposed to pond water containing M. bejeranoi actinospores for 24 h. Samples were collectedimmediately (designated as T0), and the remaining fish were transferred to tanks with clean water andsampled again after 10 and 20 days.
